Returns & Refunds
Our aim is to make sure that you’re 100% happy with the products and services that we provide, but we understand that occasionally you may experience a problem. If this occurs then we will do our utmost best to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as we can.
Returns & Refund Policy:
Our standard returns policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 or more days have passed since your order was placed, I’m afraid we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Once we’ve received your item in the post we will get to work processing your return and inspecting the part.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange on a return, the following applies:
- The item must be returned in new condition with its original branded packaging still clean with no oil staining and/or dirt present
- The item must not have tape and/or shipping labels stuck onto the actual branded packaging/box of the product
- All items must be returned inside an outer box or jiffy type bag
- The item(s) must not have any clear signs of use or wear, they will be rejected and returned to the buyer at their own cost
- The item(s) must be the same as you’ve purchased
- The item(s) must not be a ‘sale’ item that has been reduced in price
Partial Refunds
If any of the following occurs, a partial refund may take place:
- Any item(s) that are damaged or missing part(s)
- Items returned with dirt and/or oil staining
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days, if you haven’t received a refund yet, please don’t worry and simply wait a few more days. Some banks have a far longer processing time than others.

Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please send the part to the address provided in emails.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the error was our own
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Driven 2 Automotive will not accept responsibility for any damage caused during transit, please make sure that when returning a package to us, it is packaged well.
