Returns & Refunds

Our aim is to make sure that you’re 100% happy with the products and services that we provide, but we understand that occasionally customers may experience a problem. If this occurs then we will do our utmost best to try and resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as we can. Please use the form below to contact us to arrange a return. Please also read the returns policy below the form. 

 

Returns & Refund Policy:

Our standard returns policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 or more days have passed since your purchase, I’m afraid we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Once we’ve received your item in the post we will get to work processing your return and inspecting the part(s).

To be eligible for a full refund or exchange on a return, the following applies:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The item must be returned in new condition with its original branded packaging still clean with no oil staining and/or dirt present.
  • The item must not have tape and/or shipping labels stuck onto the original branded packaging/box of the product.
  • All items must be returned inside an outer box or jiffy-type envelope.
  • The item(s) must not have any clear signs of use or wear, they will be rejected and returned to the buyer at their own cost.
  • The item(s) must be the same as you’ve purchased.
  • The item(s) must not be a ‘sale’ item that has been reduced in price.
 

Partial Refunds

If any of the following occurs, a partial refund may take place:

  • Any item(s) that are damaged or missing part(s).
  • Shows signs of use – e.g. Bolt mounting compression.
  • Items returned with dirt and/or oil staining.
  • Tape that has been stuck onto the original retail box/packaging.
If any of the above is flagged during returns inspection it means the item cannot be resold in new condition, therefore a partial refund may take place.


Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days, if you haven’t received a refund yet, please don’t worry and simply wait a few more days. Some banks have a longer processing time than others.

If you’ve already waited and have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] and we will look into this for you.

 

Shipping Your Return

To return your product, please send the part to the address that we provide in the return confirmation email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to courier problems.
